How much do I need to pay to apply?
Your first wallet load is at least ₹1,000 + 18% GST. It isn't a fee: the full amount becomes wallet credit that you use to buy licences once you're approved.
What happens if my application isn't approved?
We refund the full application payment to your original payment method and issue a GST credit note. This is the only case in which wallet money is refunded.
Can I claim input tax credit?
If you have a GSTIN, each wallet load gets a B2B tax invoice in your business name with your GSTIN, which you can use for input tax credit as per GST rules.
Do my customers get an invoice from Axiomatic?
No. You bill your customers directly at your own price. Your customer only receives their licence key and access to their own account.
Who supports my customers?
Your customers get software updates and can raise support tickets from their account. You can also help them as their first point of contact.
Can my customer renew directly with you?
Yes. You can renew from your wallet at partner price, and your customer can also renew on our website. Your portal shows which licences were renewed and how.
Does wallet credit expire?
Wallet cash doesn't expire. Bonus credit from load offers may have an expiry date, shown in your wallet before it's due.
