What counts as a device?

Each computer, billing terminal or tablet where the software is activated. You can see and deactivate devices from your account.

What if my computer stops working?

Deactivate it from your account. If you can’t, our support team can reset your devices after verifying your purchase.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

No. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are paid one period at a time. Renew each month or year from your account; nothing is charged automatically. Annual licenses also renew only when you choose to.

Maintenance & support plans

One-time licenses include 12 months of updates and support. After that, the software keeps working on the version you have. A yearly maintenance plan restarts updates and priority support from the day you renew, or from the day your current cover ends if you renew early.

How GST is charged

Software licenses attract 18% GST. If your billing address is in the same state as ours, the invoice shows CGST 9% + SGST 9%. Otherwise it shows IGST 18%. Add your GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.
